Lauren Gascoyne

My fitness journey began in primary school, where I enthusiastically participated in after-school clubs, maintaining high fitness levels. At high school, I transitioned from a clubgoer to a club leader, gaining leadership skills while volunteering with Tryst Community Sports Club and Active Schools Falkirk.


At college, I earned a HND in Fitness Health and Exercise, including level 2 Gym Instructor and level 3 Personal Trainer. I trained different clients throughout the two years at college, these were both men and women of all ages. 


I’m aware we all struggle at times within our lives, and exercise is a great way to elevate a lot of our life stresses. I want to support you in your goals and aim to be your supportive structure whilst in the gym, at classes, and during my PT sessions.


I offer 1:1 sessions, 2:1 sessions, 3:1 sessions and 4:1 sessions.
