I became a personal trainer and sports massage therapist to help as many people as I can to feel better in themselves, from just having a chat, to giving advice when it’s your first time visiting a gym and easing any nerves you may have when making that first step in your fitness journey.
I was like many others when I first started, nervous about people watching me all the time, making a wrong movement during an exercise or not knowing if I’m performing it correctly. When my confidence started growing, those feelings started to disappear and going to the gym is a big part of my life now. So, you may be asking how can I make this change in my life too? The first step has already begun.
