I’ve been a personal trainer for 2 years, continually learning and improving my service to help a specific type of client.
I work (not exclusively) with females between 25-40 who are looking to lose body fat, build definition and become a stronger, fitter, more confident version of themselves but are confused about where to start and what is required to achieve their goals
My training methods involve resistance training, teaching correct technique to give ladies the knowledge and confidence to train in the weights area
