When I started the gym, I had no idea where to start! I know how it feels to feel lost and overwhelmed in the gym, beginner or not, which is why I am here to help.
When working with me, I will create a personalised programme to ensure you achieve your goals, as well as providing advice on nutrition. I will also guide you on how to achieve these goals whilst living your life with little or no restrictions. Exercise shouldn’t be a ‘have to’, it should be a ‘want to’!
I am a big advocate for body confidence and positivity, which is why when you work with me, we will not only work towards your physical goals but also work on improving your mindset towards a better, healthier lifestyle.
Weightlifting is my passion and I love the feeling that comes with gaining strength by picking up the weights and putting in the work every week, and I want that for you too!
