Hi im Leah,

 

I was that person who was never active and didn’t think I had the time due to being busy working (and STILL working a 9-5 job) or not knowing  where to start. When I started my own fitness journey, I found gems and amazing benefits for having a healthier lifestyle from feeling more confident, energy and loving my body - everything that I have learned, I wanted to pay that forward in helping others: 1) for ladies to not be afraid of weights and seeing how it can be a great help to us and 2)  in being the best versions of themselves that they can be.

In my free time you will probably find me at the gym working towards my own goals or be at home binging k-dramas (lol).

From my experience I want to show you that no matter how busy your schedule is you can have the time to be in the gym have enjoyable and tasty meals while reaching your goals whether that is from weight loss, strength or feeling fabulous in your own skin. The gym should be an enjoyable experience and not a daunting one and I would love to show you how by guiding you through any challenges and accomplishments on your journey.
