The reason you're reading this profile is you feel like you want to change something and I know for a fact I can help you achieve that! Over the past eight years I've gained such valuable information and experience in the fitness environment. I've always been involved in sports from swimming, water polo, rugby, judo.

In South Africa I tore my ACL in my right knee and always struggled with my weight and fitness! In 2010, that's when I decided that being 125kg (19.68 stones) was not fun at all! With hard work and discipline plus the passion to learn new things, I lost 30kg! (4.72 stones). After having my knee reconstructed the struggle began...teaching yourself how to run, squat can become very frustrating and I hit a low, I didn’t know where to start. After trying so many different workout plans nothing was working. So one day I mixed it up and started doing lots of functional training moves, which helped me not only in the gym but in my life!

I’m currently the fittest I’ve ever been. The road may not always be smooth but it's how you adapt to that road, so let me help you on your journey to a fitter, healthy and happy life.
