Hello! My name is Liam Wain and I am a results driven Personal Trainer.
I specialise primarily in Body Recomposition, which is the art of Losing Fat and Gaining Muscle at the same time. Also known colloquially as Toning.
I have a degree in Behavioural Psychology, as well as extensive knowledge in fitness, and also nutrition. With this knowledge, I understand fully that getting the body you desire is not all about reps after reps after reps, but more a psychological shift in how you perceive fitness. And with my personal approach surrounding behaviours, I am able to see your potential even when you cannot see it yourself.
