Hi, my name is Liina. I am personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach here at Clapham. With multiple qualifications and extensive background of several different sports such as short distance runs, half- and full marathon, triathlons, Ironman, Tough Mudder and Bikini Fitness, I have the knowledge and personal experience to help you with your goals.
Whether you are looking to improve your physical appearance by LOSING WEIGHT or GAINING MUSCLE MASS, TRAIN FOR AN EVENT, gain BODY CONFIDENCE, improve your posture, understand WEIGHT TRAINING, or just MOVE BETTER, I have the tools to help. My aim is to help you lead an overall HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE, instead of putting you on another diet with a deadline. By understanding our body and its needs better, we can move better and make better daily food choices without having to say no to the foods we love. We only have one body, invest in it!
