Liina Ojarand

My passion for fitness has grown throughout the years, and so has my knowledge. Having first started as an occasional gym goer and a runner. I participated in several short distance runs, that inspired me to complete the Brighton marathon in 2016. In addition to that I have also participated in several London Triathlons throughout the years.

I started enjoying fitness classes and gradually developed a passion for weightlifting, which led me to challenge myself and compete as a bikini fitness athlete. I am proud to say I have been successful in the sport ever since, placing first in several federations.

Having come a long way in fitness, I believe to have a good understanding of individual needs and preferences. No person is the same, I am here to personalise your training to your goals.

I believe that training shouldn’t feel like a punishment, but a celebration of what your body is capable of doing. My aim is to make you feel good mentally as well as physically, and that by educating you to make simple changes to your lifestyle, instead of putting you on another diet with a deadline.

I am not here to make miracles for you, but with you!
