Hi, my name’s Louise and I’m a personal trainer here at PureGym, while also studying L4 Nutrition and Weight Management.
I have always been extremely active, having competed in swimming and running competitions from a young age. Eventually, I started to plateau and realised that the only way to take it to the next level was to start working on my strength in the gym. On my very first session, I felt completely intimidated by the weights section and like I didn’t belong there as I couldn’t even lift the bar! Yet now, through perseverance and consistency, I’m so much stronger both mentally and physically, feeling comfortable walking around the gym and being able to lift pretty heavy!

I’ll work with you to create a bespoke training programme for your goals, as well as providing continued support, nutritional guidance and motivation along the way. Whether that’s for fat loss, muscle gain, body confidence or improving your overall health and wellbeing, we’ll work together every step of the way!
My goal is to improve my client’s overall health, strength and fitness, while also educating you along the way so that you can apply that knowledge to your own training in the future.
