I have had a passion for weight training and fitness since my early teens. This made me realise how much I wanted to help and inspire others on their fitness journey as I have seen first-hand how much it can benefit people’s wellbeing.

As well as weight training, I have played hockey since I was 6 which has given me an insight into what cardiovascular fitness can do for you and I truly believe that exercise is a major factor to living a happy and stress-free life.
