I have been involved in sport and fitness from a young age. I played competitive basketball at an International level until an injury forced me to focus my attention elsewhere. At that point I became more focused on what I could achieve in health and fitness in the gym environment.
I am committed to achieving the best possible results for my clients. I love what I do and I am passionate about helping people to reach their goals, change their lifestyles and feel better.
