Hi! I’m Maciej.
With 20 years of experience in weightlifting and training, I have tried and tested many different methods to build muscle and/or lose weight. Anything from intermittent fasting to 10 meals a day.
Building a desired physique in life full of responsibilities, it is easy to lose energy and motivation. As a committed father and husband whilst dedicating my time to training, I know how challenging it can be to combine both. This helped me to gain knowledge of finding the best program that will meet your personal requirements.
An interesting fact about me is that I have excluded meat from my diet for over 8 years now. I am at the point where I decided that I have built enough muscle and now I am here to share my experience and knowledge.
Currently focusing on boxing, I only train with weights once a week to maintain my size and strength.
I am very friendly and despite my intimidating appearance I am always happy to help.
