To me health and fitness is all about how it makes you feel. Finding something you really enjoy and that makes you feel motivated can change your lifestyle in all the right ways, mentally and physically.
I have been on a long journey myself with building a healthy, balanced lifestyle and learning what does and does not work for me. Through this experience I have gained a lot of knowledge based around exercise and nutrition and feel as though I have a lot of knowledge which may be helpful to share.
