My love for fitness grew from my engagement in Taekwondo. In the 10 years of practicing the sport I have achieved my 1st Dan, and have competed nationally and internationally. I was even fortunate enough to be scouted by the Olympic team to attend a week-long training camp where I further developed my fighting skills.
This sport not only developed my physical fitness, but also my mental strength. It was through Taekwondo that I discovered that a healthy lifestyle is a balance between physical and mental fitness. Through physical activity we strengthen our minds to push past mental barriers.
My goal as a Personal Trainer is not only to help you reach your fitness goals, but also help you realise the inner strength you have within you.
