Hello, I am Mahammad ('Mo' for short),
I help men and women who have been training for a while that want to get stronger & toned, but have struggled to make consistent progress despite their best efforts. I also enjoy working with beginners and teaching them how to lift weights in a safe manner.
There is a lot of information out there on the internet on how to approach fitness. However, it can get rather confusing on what specifically needs to be done to move the needle forward. This is why I take an evidence based approach with my training and nutrition coaching. This way, you can be rest assured that the things we are working on are backed by research and will yield results.
In addition, everyone's situation is different thus an individualised approach is required for any effective training and nutrition plan. This is why I take a client centred approach- the aim is to build a plan that fits in with your current schedule and one that is balanced. You do not need to be in the gym 6-7 times a week, or go on some crazy fad diet to reach your goals. You just need to consistently apply the fundamentals.
