Hello, I am Mahrez, a personal trainer who enjoys helping all kinds of people achieving their health and fitness goals.

Whether my clients train to keep fit and healthy, lose weight and tone up, or prepare for an event, I'm offering fun PT sessions tailored to individual preferences and needs of my clients. 

My experience in practicing sports and training clients gives me an expert understanding of how the body works, enabling me to help you achieve fitness goals in a short time with and a good result. 

My biggest passion is boxing. I have been an amateur boxer in the past after becoming a coach. I have extensive knowledge of boxing techniques and long experience in delivering 1 to 1 and group boxing sessions.
