From a young age, I’ve always been a sport and fitness person as I played semi-pro level football and worked as a PE assistant, after school sport activities leader and summertime in private schools and camps all over across London.
This is why I decided to develop my understanding of the theoretical aspect of fitness to widen my knowledge in working to enhance and transform the physical effects in others.
