To say I experienced many ups and downs, as a teenager looking for ‘gainz’, would be an understatement! I tried all kinds of methods trying to get my ideal body. So I understand the frustrations of failed diets and training programmes, but I also know the feelings you can experience from reaching and achieving your goals and we can get there together!
From a young age I was always active playing whatever sports I could. I started working in the fitness industry in 2012 as a lifeguard and gradually made the transition into the gym environment. From there I started working with clients from differing backgrounds helping them to achieve their goals.
My personal development has never stopped though, I gained my Level 3 advanced nutrition, kettlebells and powerplate qualifications to name a few along the way!
Alongside my fitness work, I am also a keen FA qualified football coach. I have been coaching for over 10 years. I have recently returned from a spell coaching on the east coast if the USA!
I believe there are four keys areas to leading a healthy lifestyle. Training, nutrition, adherence and your wellbeing (how happy/well you are). Your wellbeing is what’s most important to me! If you're happy you're likely to adhere to your nutrition and training and as a result this is going to make you happier.
I’m currently studying Sport Science at university so you can be assured of the most current and personalised training plans along with nutritional advice that will work for you. Fits into your life and ultimately makes you happy and confident about yourself. As I said this is what is most important to leading a healthy lifestyle.
