A 'Social Media posting show pony' I am not! It's ok to be different. In my opinion, fitness isn’t about being better than someone else, it’s about being better than you used to be.  

Training has been my life for a very long time. Over that time I have studied all angles of health and fitness from Psychology, Meditation and Mindfulness, Nutrition, Rehabilitation, new and old methods of training. 

Since actually working in the fitness industry, I've witnessed the unbelievable physical transformations of friends, family and clients. I love how success in the gym will invariably transfer into other areas of life, creating a happier, more successful, well-rounded individual. 

My passion and knowledge about all areas of the exercise spectrum will convince even sceptics of the massive benefits Personal Training will have on the beginner, advanced gym goer or athlete.
