Mark Smith

From a young age staying fit had always been a passion of mine. However despite my dedication I was always a bit of a beanpole because I struggled to gain any proper muscle or defined shape due to my lack of knowledge of the human body.

After starting college I gained expertise in nutrition, exercise and working the gym and used them to my full advantage. The results are clear to see for yourself! In the last three years I have covered many subjects while completing my Diploma and I now help inspire others to reach their own goal by committing myself to Personal Training.

My clients are my number one priority and I strive to make each person feel confident within whichever target they want to achieve. My aim is to educate first and foremost, but also to show clients that fitness and exercise can be fun while being beneficial. No one should dread going to the gym and I will make sure you want to come back time and time again.

I will get the best out of you no matter what your goal may be. Whether it is overall fitness with cardio or muscle definition or anything in between you will see results if you follow my instruction. 

I am available 24/7 as I am aware not everyone has a 9 to 5 job. If you’re ready to train any time of the day or night then so am I.
