Choosing a PT that’s right for you is an important first step in achieving your fitness goals, so let me tell you a bit about myself and the areas I specialise. In a nutshell, my focus is to use resistance weight training, combined with a look at your lifestyle, to achieve your goals. Whether that goal is the pursuit of building muscle and strength, or to lose weight and feel great about yourself, I will combine this approach to create the perfect outcome for you. It is my highest belief that everyone should feel good about themselves and their body, and it is for you (no one else) to decide with that is.
Sadly, I think we are all aware of the more toxic elements of this industry and no doubt you have been exposed to some of the deeply unhealthy approaches to health and fitness. Over my years, I have worked hard to backlash against such problems and have built a vision based on helping as many people as I can enter the fitness world in the most healthy and correct way possible. The core of this journey is one in which we better ourselves, physically and mentally, which is why health will be at the heart of anything we do.
Finally, one of the biggest barriers to someone’s progress is that they have not been taught the fundamental principles that underpin any fitness goal. The fitness world is full of conflicting information and the confusion, and misinformation, grows by the minute. I have filtered the false information and have built an education to teach you everything you need to know. This includes a thorough understanding of training principles, nutrition, planning and programming, and recovery. So, not only will we focus on achieving your goals, but also ensure that you are fully equipped with the knowledge to pursue your fitness goals for the rest of your life
