I've been into fitness most of my life and even served in the army And i love lifting weights

I like all aspects of fitness but, My main expertise is in hypertrophic training and nutrition advice. Gaining lean muscle mass and reducing body fat to safe levels. I also have some experience in strength training and looking to further this skill by obtaining a lvl4 strength and conditioning qualification

I have a huge passion for personal training there's nothing better then seeing a progression photo where the clients face goes from a pose to a huge smile at the end, happy with there results and goal achieved
Or a client building in confidence over time,
even hitting their new personal best
