Hey, I’m Matt. A fitness fanatic who takes pride in impacting people’s lives for the better, through health, fitness and strength coaching.

Always obsessed with sports, but my fitness journey really began only a few years ago after I made the transformation from being skinny fat to lean and strong through an understanding of great nutrition, effective strength & HIIT training, without giving up an enjoyable lifestyle year-round.

Enough about me though as I’m more interested in how I can help you. As a client you will be getting fun, but effective 1 to 1 sessions, progressive training programme, easy to follow meal plan, plus an optional feedback logbook and shopping tour to get you started with your nutrition.
