Matt Davidson

From a very young age sport and fitness has been a big part of my life. From as far back as primary school I wanted to play on every team possible. Then I was introduced to Martial Arts (Ju-Jitsu) in which I achieved my 2nd Dan Black Belt by the time I reached secondary school. Following this I gained a massive interest in fitness training and gym activities and have been doing this for the last three years.

It's my passion to listen to your goals, take them on board and make them into reality. In the past year I've built muscle, burnt fat, increased my fitness levels and worked on my flexibility. I placed second in the NAC bodybuilding competition - Junior category (23 and under) in May 2014.

Regardless of what level you're at, your age or your gender, I'm more than willing to take on any challenge and help you. This is my passion, this is what I love. So no matter what your question may be, feel more than welcome to approach me and ask for my guidance.
