Matt Jones

Hi, my names Matt Jones personal trainer and fitness coach. Health & fitness has been a
passion of mine since I can remember. That feeling of satisfaction after a great workout,
training session, sporting activity ect is like no other. It’s not only the physical aspect of
fitness I admire, it’s also the mental aspect. Being active, pushing yourself physically will
strengthen your body and mind to bring you ultimate confidence and fulfilment along with
longevity & functionality. I understand the difficulty of staying motivated, finding the time
to workout, and sticking to your nutrition. That’s why I feel passionate about helping others
in being the best version of themselves by giving them all the tools they need to achieve
their goals. Whether it be gaining muscle, losing weight, being more functional for
everyday life, or just being fit & healthy, I’m here to help and be there for you every step of
the way in your journey. Take the guess work out of your training and ensure efficiency
