Since I can remember, sport and fitness has been a huge part of my life. From competing with Wellingborough and Northampton swimming club, becoming a BoxFit coach, and developing a keen interest in yoga and meditation. I have adapted my training both inside and outside of the gym to increase my performance in different sports and I am always keen to learn something new.

After completing my Personal Training course, I have been building my fitness career through home-based PT sessions, group BoxFit classes, and now more recently Stretch & Tone classes. Training with me gives you access to a bespoke 1-2-1 service, focusing solely on meeting your specific goals. I always ensure that every client feels supported, confident and motivated to achieve his or her goals, no matter how big or small.
