Sports has always been a big part of my life. From a young age, I was involved in sport with a background in competitive football, I quickly realised my love for an active and healthy lifestyle. This passion led me to starting a career in the fitness industry after completing my BA degree in Sports Studies at the University of Stirling. I then went on to complete my Pre and Postnatal Specialist qualification – giving me the advantage that I can continue to train my female clients throughout their pregnancy & after. 

It is my personal mission to equip my clients with the confidence and knowledge to achieve their goals. During this journey we will work together mentally, physically and emotionally. I want to help you discover a passion. I want to help educate, motivate and inspire you, and build your confidence in the process. 

I offer a friendly and professional service to motivate, encourage and challenge my clients in a fun and enjoyable environment.
