I am passionate about all sports and as a hockey player in the ladies National Premier League in England for the past 10 years, I am interested in helping people develop physical activity as part of their lifestyle and finding activities they will continue to participate and thrive in.
My experience is in personal training for weight loss, strength & conditioning, and sports-specific training. I look to make training enjoyable whilst also considering my client's motivational needs. Being results- driven, I will look to work with you to understand your personal requirements - whether that’s starting out on your fitness journey or taking your training to the next level.
