Becoming a Personal Trainer came out of my own love of being active and healthy. Growing up in the sun on the southern coast of Spain, being active came naturally to me from a young age. I tried most sports from surfing to taking up competitive gymnastics.
It wasn’t until I moved to Sydney Australia that I discovered an interest in functional training. Being the health and fitness-crazed city that it is, I was influenced by a lot of knowledgeable individuals including my partner who I work alongside with.
I love a challenge, especially when working with females, as women's bodies are so much more complex and I think there’s a lack of attention to that. I enjoy working on problem areas and sculpting, with a strong focus on form to achieve optimal results, whilst also educating the client along the way. I love changing the way someone sees themselves and uses their body! Being motivating is part of who I am.
