As a personal trainer my purpose is to help you achieve your goals through a sustainable and realistic approach. I have over 10 years' experience in fat loss and toning. With a combination of my positive energy and vast experience/knowledge in training, I’ll make sure to bring out the best in yourself. I am a big believer in having a positive mindset and how far it can take you, not just in the gym but in everyday life. Being in a gym-based environment can be overwhelming and challenging but it’s my job to help you feel comfortable and become more confident. I’m offering a free consultation to discuss your goals and targets; I’ll develop a tailor-made programme to reflect this to ensure it compliments your lifestyle.
