I started my journey with health and fitness 10 years ago, I was trying hard to change my body and improve my confidence, I spend hours training in the gym. However, my body was not changing until I started my Nutrition course at the University of Leeds that enables me to learn about nutrition and how eating the right food that matches your body type can have a massive influence on your progress.
I provide exclusive PT service as I have the necessary experience along with knowledge that is backed by evidence and scientific principles. Also, dieting will be different with me as you will be making your own diet with your favourite food to reach your goal and be a better version of yourself!
