I became qualified in Personal Training because of my own personal weight loss and fitness journey. I was going through a bad time I wasn’t happy with myself I lacked confidence and hated the way I looked and felt. I was unhealthy, overweight after years of struggling I'd had enough.
I decided to make a change and joined the gym I wasn’t sure on what to do or where to start. I needed guidance. I found a PT who helped me beyond words. Within weeks I felt confident and at ease in the gym and I have never looked back. This made realise I could do the same for others and help them achieve their fitness goals.
