Hi, I’m Nick,
I am in this industry because I am passionate about empowering people in their fitness and health journey by using a compassionate approach.
I love helping beginners, especially those who are struggling to find motivation, trying to change habits and/or who do not know where to start. However, my expertise is not limited to this.
My aim is to help you change your focus from your “end goal” to the “process”. This is to ensure we find something that is enjoyable, sustainable, and most importantly, what works for you. You can then surpass your goal, and turn it into your lifestyle, while staying safe and pain free, and this will make you thrive in life.
As an ex structural engineer, I have developed my analytical mind and attention to details. I have a great thirst to learn and develop as a coach and make the promise to apply the science and knowledge I have acquired to help you in your journey.
