I have five years' experience of working as a Personal Trainer in London, helping clients with goals from weight loss to muscle gain. In addition to this, I have run many outdoor bootcamps and circuits. I have always had a love for sports and fitness, including many years as an active football player.
Before I became a Personal Trainer, I worked running an employment agency, so I can fully understand the pressures and struggles of creating a work/life balance.
It's not just about the session in the gym, so I will make myself available as much or as little as you need within the week. I'd welcome the opportunity to speak to you and can accommodate individuals, couples and small groups.
