Want to get fit and healthy, and get the body you have been dreaming of, but no idea how to go about getting it? Then I am here to help. I pride myself on helping people in achieving their fitness goals. Seeing someone get the body they want, lift a weight that they never thought they could, and see their confidence grow week by week is what I live for.
My background starts with a sports therapy degree, which has given me a fantastic base to work with people who have injuries, such as lower back pain, knee injuries and shoulder injuries. Devising workout programmes to firstly overcome those injuries to form a foundation on to which some serious weight loss/fitness goals can be achieved.
So, if you feel like you don’t have the confidence to workout on your own, or you feel like an injury is holding you back from achieving the ideal body you want, then together we can make those goals possible and build that confidence right up. Leading to a happier you!
