With a background competing in multiple sports, including basketball, volleyball, rugby, cricket, and athletics, I know there are many different ways to train for each different goal. I am here to share my knowledge and experiences with you to help you become self-sufficient and confident in the gym and to put you on a path to success - and have fun while doing it!
