Hey guys my name's Paul... I believe everyone can enjoy getting fit and healthy, the first step is simple... just get moving! My passion and drive for fitness comes from 10 years of dance training in contemporary, break, street and ballet.
The human body is fascinating and there’s no limit to what you can achieve. Personally, I spend most of my time either hanging from a bar, upside down on my hands, lifting heavy weights or relaxing with some yoga. Training should not be boring, so whatever it is you want to achieve, I am confident I can help you get there. Together we can make sustainable changes to get you feeling healthy and get you feeling awesome!
I have worked with people of all ages and abilities to get them moving, sweating and having fun at the same time. Everybody is unique and should have a tailored approach. I want to help you understand and take control of your body using a range of different training techniques.
