You have seen me here before, training, helping people, maybe even helping you with a tip on how to perform an exercise or two, well now you have an opportunity to have me as your Personal Trainer.
Training/helping people is not my job, it’s my passion as is learning, will it be yours too?
You will not simply be advised what exercises to do but which exercises to do, why you are doing them and how to keep safe.
Do you ever ask yourself why you do the exercises you do when you train and if they are right for you?
This is the importance of assessment, and I will provide these for you and then the real fun/journey starts.
