I have trained on and off for over 20 years of my life and it has been a truly wonderful lifestyle!

As a bodybuilder, which I only started in my 40s, I gained even more knowledge about fitness and if you looking to gain body mass or lose weight I’m happy to share with you my 12 years of experience. 

I specialize in muscle development and tone but can also help you with improving your body confidence and finding joy in training. Whatever your goal I’m here to help!
