Hi folks,

I have worked in the fitness industry for close to 10 years. In that time I have trained under coaches in powerlifting, bodybuilding and strongman. I have also competed in bodybuilding competitions.

My approach is to be honest with no sugar coating. I specialise in technique for the big three lifts:

  • Squats
  • Bench Press
  • Deadlifts

I also offer nutrition and coaching as well as body transformations for those that are willing to commit to making the changes needed.
