I think keeping fit and healthy isn't just about aesthetics but about improving the quality of your life. A change in physical activity can have a huge impact on improving your mental health.

I specialise in making fitness entertaining, engaging and fun. Using cross fit style workouts or calisthenic based exercises I aim to help you improve your flexibility, energy levels and state of mind. I want to help people find a passion in keeping themselves active and healthy.

With my experience working with local GPs and the NHS, I have helped many people who suffer from health restrictions change themselves for the better. My sessions are fun and different and are aimed at everyone of any age or ability.

Pay as you go sessions are available and block bookings too. Also if you fancy training in a small group or with a friend I have lots of different style exercises and challenges to put you through.
