Rafi Majid

My fitness journey started in my late teens when I took up kickboxing and progressed to amateur level in ring competition. The lessons I learned from that period have helped me throughout my life with the usual highs and lows that we all experience. I’ve been able to continue the journey for nearly 15 years now and I continue to learn and adapt to better myself and take part in other sports like kayaking and various fitness related charity events.

I decided to become a qualified Personal Trainer so I could impart the knowledge and experience that I’ve gained over the years and to put it to good use by making a positive and tangible difference in people’s lives.

My aim is to be there throughout your fitness journey, to design a bespoke training plan for you and to provide you with the motivation, the accountability and the knowledge that you need to not only reach your goal but to go beyond it. I want you to be able to maintain what you’ve achieved for the rest of your life and hopefully inspire others to do the same.

My communication hours are 5.30pm - 7.30pm Mon - Sat if you would like to drop me an email or message me on WhatsApp to chat further.
