Since 2016, I have been on a gap year to focus on body training and fitness in the hope of pursuing a personal trainer career in the future. I have been dedicated, organised and patient on achieving my fitness goal by going to the gym almost every day of the week as well as buying and cooking my own food at home.
I run an Instagram page, updated regularly which shows my progress throughout the years and try to inspire and empower people to be active and healthy.
