I have been a Personal Trainer and fitness class instructor since 2016. Throughout the years I have used a vast variety of fitness approaches and training techniques to help my clients reach their goals and achieve amazing results.
My favourite areas of fitness include strength training, functional training and boxfit. I have found these approaches have given my clients the best results when they have committed to my Personal Training sessions and a consistent workout plan that I create specifically for them.
I have helped my clients to lose weight and become fitter and stronger. Not only have I trained clients to get in shape and be healthier, but I have also trained individuals for various fitness competitions and events.
During my time at university, I studied how dancers and performers train physically to enhance movement in performance. This developed my knowledge in fitness on a completely different level to the normal standard in the industry.
I am a keen cyclist and studio cycling instructor. I’ve taught hundreds of studio cycling classes throughout my career and have adapted my style along the way to achieve the high standards of cycle fanatics.
