Giving back the values I have learnt from many years of training myself - discipline, integrity, respect, self-love, and self-awareness - is where my passion lies.


Thanks to my background in yoga and my deep interest for psychology, I deliver each session using a holistic approach. Over my 8 years of experience this has proven to be the best way to achieve sustainable, lifetime results.
