Having only recently qualified as a Personal Trainer I am fairly new to this role; however, I have always been involved in sport and fitness and have recently graduated from Sheffield Hallam University where I studied for a Sport and Exercise Science degree, and will now be studying for a Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning Coaching alongside my role here at Pure Gym Millhouses.
My passion lies in fitness training, and from coaching myself and my friends in the gym I found the desire to become a Personal Trainer. The results we achieved made me realise how much I enjoyed coaching and motivating people to achieve their goals. My strengths are Muscle growth, losing fat and Strength and Conditioning, and my support will always be available to help maintain a healthier lifestyle.
