Hey guys, my name is Richy, I have always had a passion for Health and Fitness. I have spent the last five years at college and university gaining qualifications such as my Level 3 diploma and a BSc in Sports Science, I am consistently looking to broaden my knowledge within the health and fitness industry to help benefit others in which means furthering my education this year at university doing an honors in Sports Science.

My personal interests within fitness have changed within the last few years, I used to be massively involved in running in which seen me take part in such events as Edinburgh marathon, my current interests within fitness right now is muscle development and conditioning.
