As a Personal Trainer for PureGym, I’m a very passionate, charismatic, self-motivated individual, confident and client-focused Personal Trainer. Well organised and dependable with excellent motivation faculties.

Particularly talented in the areas of circuit training, strength conditioning, core training, H.I.I.T. training, muscle mass and weight loss.

My passion and drive has always been to help motivate my clients in reaching their goals. I always tell my clients that “there is no room for failure” for what the mind can conceive, the hands can achieve. When I’m not training clients, I’m touring the world doing what I love the most which is music. 

Being a vegan for the last 20yrs, I’ve accumulated a lot of knowledge and now know a wide variety of vegan juices, meals and recipes etc. So, if you're practicing or thinking about becoming a vegan, feel free to approach me anytime for any “nutritional tips” or advice.

I’ve always been a people’s person and I love interacting with people from different cultures and all walks of life. With my philosophies and approach, I honestly believe I can help you achieve and fulfil your objectives.
