This includes studying sports performance at university as well as travelling numerous places around the world promoting ideas that constitute a healthy lifestyle. My experiences have allowed me help individuals better spend time in the gym with science, nutrition and effective practice within the gym.
I am an advocate of health and fitness, to further add, I have played sports most of my life. I've represented my university in various national leagues playing football (semi professional). I have also boxed most of my life and have had the honour of training with current world champions and former world champions.
I enjoy the challenges of improving an individual and helping them meet their goals. Not only will I yield results from you with exceptional practice, I will constantly provide motivation and education, which is most definitely needed in the gym environment.
