Ive been into fitness for over 12 Years, since i started Karate.
Initially i'd go to the gym for something to do, but when i started doing Karate i noticed that my fitness could be improved. At this point, i knew i had to make some changes in my life and take my training a bit more seriously!
I was learning on the job and learning bits and pieces from various people along the way. With that said, 12 years later im pursuing the jorney of wanting to help others with their fitness goals, help build confidence and bring a positive mental attitude along the way.
